O ver the last year\, we have been working hard to find a way to streamline the SU and to better represent our student body. This process has allowe d us to understand student needs\, redefine our democratic practices\, an d evolve as an organisation.

However\, we cannot do this withou t your help. In this meeting\, you will have the opportunity to vote on p roposed changes from the governance review in a Special Resolution. You w ill hear the proposed changes from the ongoing governance review from you r \;Executive Officers\, and you will be able to feed into the Studen ts'\; Union'\;s strategy!

All students are invite d to attend the General Meeting.

\n\n

In recognition of you r contribution\, all participants will receive a £\;12 lunch voucher \;(2 x £\;6) to use in the outlets on campus f or attending this \;meeting\, as well as a Dig-In box.

Can'\;t make it in-person? \;No need to worr y! \;Online attendees can pop over to the Students'\; Union Office later in the week \;to grab their \;freebies. As long as you fil l in the attendance form in the meeting\, you can receive the freebies.\n\n

Can'\;t attend\, but still want to have a say? Good news: you can still vote on the Special Resolution if you can'\;t atte nd the meeting!
