Just as the United Nations is \;comi ng together \;for their annual meeting about climate emissions\, COP2 9\, we will be doing the same at Leicester! \;

\n\n

Organised by the Students'\; Union'\;s Sustainability Network\, our Mock COP&nb sp\;will be taking place on \;20th November 2024\, 1-5pm in Ken Edwar ds Lecture Theatre 1.

\n\n

We are inviting students to roleplay as a country of their choice\, to come up with a climate agreement better tha n the current global standard\, the Paris Climate Accords.

\n\n

This is a great opportunity for you \;to learn more about sustainability\ , develop skills such as diplomacy \;and win prizes such as food vouc hers and \;merchandise.
