The University of Leicester has a hugely diverse student body whose voice needs to be heard. Leicester Students' Union are looking for student leaders to represent, engage and help improve the experience of students from a liberation background i.e. Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic, Women, LGBT+ and Accessibility. As an Equality and Liberation Champion, you'll have the chance to represent students at all levels by helping to plan events and campaigns, as well as sitting on University committees and working groups. Full training will be provided for the role and you will have the opportunity to develop many transferable skills including project management, lobbying, networking and communication skills.
