Chinese Students & Scholars Society is a non-profit, non-religious, non-political Chinese society.

We play a very important role as a link between the embassy of P.R.C. and the students and scholars at the University of Leicester.

We aim to help Chinese students adapt to life in Leicester better and faster. Meanwhile, the events we hold provide great opportunities for everyone to enrich their study abroad.

The Welcome Gala and Chinese New Year Gala are two of our biggest annual events. Besides these, we hold sports competitions, career workshops, parties, days trips around the UK and lots of other things depending on our members' needs.
