  • Orders made during our pre-sale launch will be available for collection from 27th April from the SU Reception.
  • Online orders placed from 27th April will be ready for collection by the next working day for orders placed before 4pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • All orders are available for collection from SU Reception, Percy Gee Building.
  • Please ensure you bring your proof of purchase or order receipt when collecting your items.
  • At present, we do not offer delivery — all purchases are collection only.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of collection.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
  • All returned items will be inspected to ensure they are in a resaleable condition before a refund is processed.
  • Returns made after 14 days will be assessed on a case‑by‑case basis, with refunds issued at the supervisor’s discretion, subject to quality control checks.
