For people who want to meet others through their favourite games.

£4 Minecraft Membership

For people who enjoy multiplayer Minecraft by any amount.

• + Stand for a role on our Committee.

Asssocitate is the same as Minecraft membership, without committee privelages.

What does my membership pay for?

The membership fee helps to cover our Minecraft server. 

Our server costs us over £132 every year!

The fee also covers the cost of prizes. 

From plushies, to keyrings, to Lego sets - That's what we gave away last year.

The membership fee helps us fund our events.

From new table-top games, to extra controllers for our Wii; There's more to do.

Societies are not for profit!

Any money a society gets, is strictly for developing the society.

In-Person Meetings

• Minecraft-server missions - Defeat the Dragon, Raid Rare Structures.
• Minecraft-server minigame contests, with prizes.
• Board Games, Gartic Phone, and Wii.
• (Aim for 2026) Collabs with other societies (from UoL, and other unis!).
• (Aim for 2026) Outings around Leicester.
• (Aim for 2026) Minecraft themed arts and crafts.
• (Aim for 2026) Power-point night.

Online Meetings

• (Aim for 2026) Non-Minecraft sessions and contests.
• Online movie nights.
• Minecraft Live watch-party.
• Minecraft-server campus building.

'Activities' (To do in your own time).

• 24/7 - Online, all times of the year.*
• Supports both Java AND Bedrock.
• 3 Worlds - Survival, Creative Super-Flat, and Minigames!
• A vanilla server with datapacks and plugins - Graves, world-edit, custom structures, and many more.
• Build UoL - Recreating the entire campus at 1:1 scale.
• No world resets, yet.
• Rule 1) Be Respectful - No griefing, killing, or stealing.
• Quests - Unlock titles that appear next to your name.
