The Music Association is an umbrella group for all University of Leicester musical societies. We cover Chamber Choir, Chorus, Concert Band, Glee, Orchestra and The Revival Gospel Choir.
In between concerts we also get together and socialise; by mixing with musicians from the other societies we can provide an even better time for every musician in the University!
Some events we have planned for this year:
- Meet + Greet with snacks - an opportunity for solo and group musicians to meet each other and committee
- Group trip to see Leicester Symphony Orchestra at De Montfort Hall
- Group outings to 45 West Street and Regent Jazz
- Open mic nights
- MA Christmas Bar Crawl
- Guitar / Jazz improv masterclasses
- MA Ball
