Our Snowsports membership is available to people of all abilities and grants members access to both the ski trip and the pay-as-you-go practice sessions available under the 'products' section of the website.
Available Snowsports Sessions:
- Beginner Skiing Lessons (level 1-4)
- Casual Skiing Coaching (level 4-7)
- Open Practice Skiing (level 4+)
- Open Practice Snowboarding (Level D+)
- Race Coaching for Skiers (level 5+)
Levels:
Skiing:
Level 1 - (Absolute Beginners) Side stepping up a slope and sliding back down it.
Level 2 - Controlling Speed - Snowplough glide and stopping.
Level 3 - Directional Changes - Learning to change direction in Snowplough.
Level 4 - Snowplough Turns - Linking turns and controlling speed while turning.
Level 5 - (Intermediate) Plough Parallel - Turning in snowplough and transitioning into parallel after the fall-line.
Level 6 - Basic Parallel Turns - Completing S-shaped turns in parallel.
Level 7 - Short Radius Parallel Turns & Carving
Snowboarding:
Level A - (Beginner) Sliding on the Flat & Safe Falling Techniques
Level B - Side Stepping, heel and toe edge control (speed control), direction changes
Level C - Linking Turns and using the Drag Lift
Level D - (Intermediate) - Falling Leaf on Heel and Toe Edges
Level E - Controlling Speed and Size of Turns
Level F - Carving
This year's ski trip will be held in Risoul, France from 27/3/26 - 3/4/26.
