Hi everyone.

Welcome to the official UoL karate society. Our training sessions are student-led, and our committee brings together a range of karate styles and levels of experience. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already training, our sessions are designed to help you develop confidence, discipline, fitness, and skill in a welcoming environment, and prepare for the competitions coming up throughout the year for those who wish to compete.
