Following the launch of Safezone at the start of the academic year, the University and App provider Critical Arc will be hosting a Safezone student engagement session on Thursday 5 March to obtain customer feedback in order to make improvements and develop the service. We are seeking a range of students to include:
- Students that have downloaded the app
- Students that have pressed the emergency or first aid button
- Students that are using the check-in function
- Students that know about Safezone but have chosen not to download it or use it
- Students that have been issued with a wearable device
- Students that have ideas to develop the solution
Lunch will be provided and the session will last approximately 90 minutes.
