Aim: Increase participants' confidence skills

 

The aim of this training is to recognise self-confidence and finding ways to improve body language. During the training students will learn about different techniques to outwardly show confidence and discuss a different mind-set surrounding confidence in order to practise the techniques.

This training will take place remotely via Blackboard Collaborate. You will receive an invitation with the link to join the session after you book.

 

Objectives:

1. Discuss your own perception of confidence and the reasons for this.

2. Recognise methods by which confidence can be increased.

3. Practice skills to develop confidence.
