The Student Fees and Income Management team will be hosting drop-in sessions every Thursday in the Students’ Union’s Training Room between 12pm – 2pm – no appointment required!

Please note that this session is in the Liberation Room, rather than the regular Training room.

They will be there to talk through any issues you may have with paying your tuition fees on time. Payment plans or extensions are usually only considered if there have been significant changes to your circumstances since becoming a student. Therefore, please ensure that you bring with you as much evidence of these changes as possible to support your case. Please be aware that this only means a payment plan will be considered.

With queries regarding how much to pay for your tuition fees, you do not have to wait until Thursdays for an answer. You can go and speak to a member of staff at the Information Hub in the David Wilson Library between 8:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 9:00 to 17:00 on weekends, and they will be able to assist you with this.
