As disheartening as it may feel to not get elected, there are still many takeaways to be had from running as a candidate. Attend this session to reflect on the transferable skills you have gained from this unique opportunity. You will leave the session understanding how important resilience is, recognising your potential, and developing a growth mindset.
This session is a collaboration between the Advice service and the Careers Service and is open to all candidates from the Executive Elections who were not elected.
