Thinking about picking up darts or just looking for a relaxed way to meet people? Come down and get involved with the Darts Society for our official Give It a Go session!
Whether you’re a complete beginner wanting to learn how to throw or an experienced player looking to show off your skills, everyone is welcome. We will be running friendly matches and casual practice boards throughout the evening.

What to Expect
Meet the Community: A great chance to chat with freshers, meet the society committee and existing members, ask questions, and make new mates.
Casual Games & Practice: Throw a few darts, play some light-hearted friendly games, and get comfortable on the oche.
No Gear Required: We have sets of darts available for anyone to use, and we’re happy to teach you the basics. (If you already have your own set, definitely bring them along!)
Student-Friendly Social: Hosted at The Loaded Dog—a classic local student staple featuring great beer and student-budget drink deals.
Just show up, grab a drink, and step up to the board. We look forward to seeing you there!
