ELSA Leicester is hosting a trip to the Supreme Court UK on the 29th of October 2019!!!
On the day we will leave Leicester at 08:45am by coach from St Margaret Station in Haymarket. Once we arrive in London we can take the underground train to the Supreme Court and head to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council to observe the case of Pearson (in his capacity as Additional Liquidator of Herald Fund SPC (in Official Liquidation)) (Appellant) v Primeo Fund (in Official Liquidation) (Respondent) (Cayman Islands). Judged by Lord Kerr Lord Carnwath Lady Black Lord Briggs Lady Arden.
We will be heading back to Leicester on the same day at 18:30pm from Victoria Coach station.
