Judo is a competitive sport designed to imitate real world fighting without punching or kicking, and has many other rules to help players practice safely. In these sessions we will be learning the basic techniques needed to practice and even compete in local events. For the first few weeks these sessions will be free to attend for all students.
If you wish to participate, please get a ticket and arrive before the start of the session.
Before the session please cut your nails and remove jewelry.
Please bring water and breathable clothing, spare judo kits are available for those who do not currently own them.
