The Nursing Society has officially been affiliated, and will soon be hosting its first event...
On 03/01/2024, the Nursing Society was officially affiliated (meaning we are now recognised) by the Leicester Students Union. The committee, selected from a wide range of applicants, has been hard at work planning a range of events for members to get stuck into over the New Year.
We are launching the society with a casual pizza and quiz afternoon on 23/01/24 - free tickets are available on our SU website to help us gauge how much pizza to order! As well as coming to this event, you can also now become a member, which will give you access to future society events, as well as giving you a pin badge to wear if you join this January.
Alongside our first event, we are also hard at work on a range of projects including partnering with charities, delivering a regular program of socials and hosting a nursing ball to celebrate the end of the academic year.
