We know exams and coursework deadlines can be a stressful time for students. While it is important to stay focused on your studies, taking regular breaks is just as important. Taking time to rest and recharge can help maintain your wellbeing and may even improve your overall performance. That’s why we organise a range of activities for students to take part in during these busy periods, giving you the opportunity to step away from your work and take a moment to DeStress.

We also help raise awareness of the support that is available if something affects your ability to perform at your best. The Mitigating Circumstances and Self Certification processes can provide you with additional time to submit coursework or reschedule your exam, helping to ensure your work reflects your true abilities. For more information on either of these processes, you can reach out to the Advice Service here
