Aim: To learn how to incorporate self-care strategies into daily life during COVID-19

Objective: 

  1. Understand the definition of self-care and identify helpful and unhelpful examples
  2. Recognising different techniques of self-care
  3. Recognise helpful boundaries to put in place offline and online
  4. Create plan for incorporating self-care in daily life

This is a basic overview of self-care and areas of life it can improve.
