DeStress is a series of free activities designed to support you during exam and assessment season. We know this time of year can feel intense, overwhelming, and exhausting, and pushing through without taking breaks often leads to burnout rather than better results.
DeStress encourages you to take short, healthy brain breaks so you can reset, recharge, and look after your wellbeing. Stepping away from revision for a little while can help reduce stress, improve focus, and make studying feel more manageable.
Whether you want to relax, get creative, move your body, or simply take a moment for yourself, we are offering a range of activities this week designed to help you pause, breathe, and return to your work feeling calmer and more focused.
Taking time to DeStress is not time wasted, it is an investment in your wellbeing and your academic success. We look forward to seeing you there.
