All of our clinics are completely free and open to all University of Leicester students. You can find information about each clinic below. If you have any questions or you want to discuss any of our clinics further, you are always welcome and encouraged to get in touch with us.
Therapy Dog
When? Tuesdays 1.15-3pm
Where? Advice Service Reception Desk, Percy Gee Building
A clinic where you can book a free, fifteen-minute session with our Therapy Dog, Ted (a Cocker-Springer Spaniel mix). Sessions can be booked for one to three people and bookings can be made emailing us at advice@le.ac.uk.
When emailing to book, please use your University email address and provide us with the following:
- Names of Students
- Primary booker's, telephone Number
- Student Emails
- Number of Students
C-Card
When? 11am - 3pm, Monday to Friday
Where? Advice Service Reception Desk, Percy Gee Building
A card that enables students of all ages to get free condoms and lube from various venues across the city, including the Students’ Union Advice Service. Students can register for a C-Card and use it to collect free condoms and lube, even if they registered for it elsewhere Likewise, they can use their C-Card at other venues even if they registered for it at the Reception Desk.

Victim First
When? 11:30am - 2:30pm Tuesdays on a monthly basis
Where? Percy Gee Building
A clinic where the organization Victim First comes into the Students’ Union to provide free emotional and practical support to victims and witnesses of crime, regardless of when it happened and whether it has been reported. Victim First can provide support for all types of crime, including burglary, theft, sexual and domestic abuse, fraud and more. Practical support available includes the provision of personal alarms or window/door alarms.

- your name
- your availability
- and your university email address.
If you feel comfortable doing so, you can also provide us with the crime type your appointment is related to, but this is completely optional. Our main priority is ensuring you are supported, so it is completely fine if you don't want to include this information within your email.
