We are currently recruiting for an Activities Projects Co-ordinator to join the Activities and Volunteering Department. The team is responsible for supporting and developing our 200+ student groups, delivering our volunteer provider scheme and supporting student led volunteering and fundraising.  The department is highly student facing and as a team member, you will get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborating with students and colleagues from across the Union and the University.

Your role will be responsible for delivering fundraising, volunteering and events along with managing the departmental social media accounts, ensuring the work of our groups and volunteers is recognised and celebrated!  In addition, you will also support our diverse range of student groups by acting as a development contact for a subsection of the groups and through administering the grant funding process.

We are looking for an organised, adaptable and self-motivated team player with experience of projects and events delivery and knowledge of volunteering and fundraising.  Experience of working within and/or having an understanding of a Students’ Union is ideal but not essential.
