Hours                        37 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a HR and Payroll Coordinator to provide HR and Payroll support to the Students’ Union, whilst reporting into the Finance Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career within a supportive environment.  You will be the first point of contact for all day to day HR and Payroll queries and will be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle.  You will be required to oversee all administrative functions within the department.

The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.  Expert written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail are equally important in this role.

This role would ideally suit someone who is proficient in running a monthly payroll and has basic level of understanding of working within a HR environment.
