Student Voice Awards

The Student Voice Awards celebrates and recognises those who have enhanced student experience, education and equality at the University of Leicester. It is a chance for both students and University staff to reflect on a fantastic year and the many great achievements of our student leaders, be they Course Reps, Lead Union Council Reps, Equality and Liberation Champions, Part-time Officers or students who regularly engage in SU events and campaigns.

We have over 170 nominations, and want to thank you each and every one of those students for their hard work and dedication this year. Shortlisting and selection was completed by a panel of Students' Union Sabbatical Officers and Full-time Staff.

The year's award celebration took place on Thursday 30 May 2019, and included a drinks reception, speakers, food and entertainment, as well as the awards themselves. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!
