Submit and Vote on Ideas

At the moment we're all at home al ot more than usual. We're working at computers for long lengths of time and concentration is difficult when its not warm enough. This is increasingly worrying where heating bills are concerned, especially as the weather gets colder. I feel that some kind of automatic help from the University should be provided for those still living away from home and mature students (basically students who are having to directly pay for their heating). This would enable these students to worry less about the cost of keeping warm and focus better on their studies.
