I am committed to breaking down barriers by initiating outreach to new members and ensuring new members feel not only invited but embraced into our community. My focus on mental health advocacy involves implementing accessible counselling services, providing peer support, and organizing workshops to address stress and work-life balance, ensuring that everyone feels supported. Additionally, I aim to facilitate professional growth through this position.
