My name is Armaan Bhullar, I am a first year student in the Law program, I’m an international student from Canada. I feel I am a great candidate for this position, in representing the law department students as I am someone who enjoys working together to implement change in the best interests of everyone. I put the needs of others before mine which is a factor that indicates that I am working in the best interest of us all, also I strive for change which can also ensure you that any concerns and needs that are put forward will be taken care of. I look forward to getting to know you, voicing your opinions, and addressing issues and concerns that the law department may have. I wish to provide a platform by which students can present their ideas freely and anonymously, if wanted. Any range of issues; from food outlets at the university to the local community impact on students, will be addressed. There will be numerous ways in which you can contact me with those concerns, such as via phone/text messaging or social media. I am committed to making your experience at the University of Leicester more friendly and comfortable. I believe that we can all come together as a team for a better school year. While being a team leader all throughout my high school experience, I am well aware of how to ensure everyone’s voice is heard, and the necessary steps are taken in order to best represent all of you. Overall, I believe that I am a fit candidate for this position as I strive to making this a successful school year for the fellow peers of my department. I hope to receive everyone’s support, Thank you.
