Crisis Cafe: Free Mental Health Telephone Clinic

Are you feeling distressed, anxious, or that things are too much for you?

The University of Leicester Crisis Cafe offers free mental health support to anyone aged eighteen or over. Due to the Bank Holiday, Crisis Cafe will be running via telephone on this date.

You can ring just for a chat or to access one-to-one emotional support from trained mental health professionals.
