The UK General Election will be on Thursday, July 4th 2024. Students make up 10% of voters, so it's important for your voice to be heard and for as many students as possible to vote. We want to support our student voters, so we’ve gathered some key details, dates and links to get you ready to vote:

 

 

 

 

Dual Registration Students can register at home and university, but vote in only one location. Click to register.Check your eligibiltyYou do not have to be a UK citizen to vote in UK elections. Photo ID Requirement You'll need a passport, driving license, Blue Badge, PASS card or Voter Authority Certificate at polling stations.FREE Voter ID Get a FREE Voter ID from CitizenCard using the code ‘NUS’ at checkout.
