Location: University of Leicester Students' Union
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £19,771 per annum
Hours: 37 per week
We are looking for a personable and confident individual who will be responsible for the administration and customer service needs for the Advice, Training and Peer Mentoring departments.
Primarily, the role will coordinate and support key stakeholders within the Students’ Union, University and the Students in order for the department to meet its objectives.
You will have relevant experience in working on projects, customer service, delivering training workshops along with excellent administration skills. You will also have experience working with students/volunteers and managers.
We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable individual with excellent communication skills along with a positive attitude. Ideally you will have excellent Microsoft Office skills, a team player looking for variety.
Previous experience working in a democratically led environment or higher education institution would also be highly advantageous. We particularly welcome applications from all backgrounds.
