We are excited to welcome all students, regardless of your ability.
We aim to establish a friendly community where students can come to de-stress and re-energise while practicing yoga.
Yoga has countless benefits for your body as well as your soul. It helps you to relax, increase your flexibility and muscle strength, improve your breathing, posture and body awareness, reduce your weight, and gives you lots of energy and positivity!
We have weekly yoga sessions (indoors and outdoors) and numerous socials including picnics, parties, barcrawl, bowling, bike trips movie nights and many more!
