Freshers 'Give it a Go' Session:
Sunday 28th September 12:00 – 16:00 (Oadby Roger Bettles Astro)
Feel free to come along at any time and join in, it doesn't matter if you've never played hockey before. We cater to all skill levels and have spare sticks if you don't have your own!
If you have any concerns or queries about travel/attending the 'Give it a Go' session and/or our regular trainings and matches, don't hesitate to contact one of the committee members (contacts towards the bottom) and we will be happy to help!
About Us
Everyone is welcome, and we encourage that you train, play and socialise in a club where you will make a great group of friends who share a common interest in hockey and help see you through your uni life, regardless of whether you are joining us as a first-year fresher or a fifth-year medic. We emphasise serious yet fun hockey for all abilities - whether you have never stepped foot on a hockey pitch before or if you play in European Championships, there will be a position for you!
We play in the Leicestershire Mixed Hockey Association League 1 on Saturdays and in the Warwick University Mixed Hockey League on Sundays. We are also regularly involved in tournaments with other universities, most notably the annual Warwick tour, furthermore we have our annual hockey tour abroad which is the highlight of the year.
Every Wednesday we hold themed socials which are a great way to get to know your fellow students off the pitch, what's more is that Mixed Hockey is known for having some of the best!
Finally, throughout the year we hold a variety of special events such as charity events, fundraisers, and awards evenings

Tuesdays: 20:00 – 22:00 (Oadby Roger Bettles Astro)
