If you are taking part in a volunteering opportunity offered through the Volunteering Department, we can offer you a free DBS check!
Applying is very straight forward, but you MUST book an appointment in advance.
How to apply:
Step 1 - email The Volunteering Department on firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be given a link to the DBS website if your volunteer activities are approved by us.
Step 2 - Complete the online section of this application on your own.
Step 3 - Once completed, someone will contact you to arrange a face to face meeting (to occur Tuesday's and Thursday's 10am-2pm)
In this face to face meeting, we will require 3 forms of ID in order to complete your DBS application. An example of these are:
- Biometric Residence Permit
- Birth Certificate
- Driving Licence
- Bank or Mortgage Statement
- Council Tax Bill
- Utility Bill
- Marriage/Civil Partnership Certificate
- Bank/Building Society Statement
