Banning of Endoresements by Societies during Elections

During every election period, the candidates who succeed tend to have the most backing from student societies/groups, compared to smaller candidates with very little, if not no, backing at all. So, to promote smaller candidates and prevent bigger candidates from steam-rolling a re-election/new candidate (creating pseudo-political parties), I believe it's fair that candidates should not feature any student group endorsements, nor can groups publically endorse a candidate/a group of candidates during campaining.
