Rowing Give It A Go!

Fancy giving rowing a go? These sessions are a great way to start!

In this session we will give you an introduction to the rowing machine (ERG), No experience required! We will guide you through the basics in a 30-minute session.

Our room is located in the Charles Wilson on the ground floor, opposite the Sports hall. We have a video pinned on our Instagram showing where it is (@uolbc).

We only have a limited number of rowing machines so we ask that you sign up to a time slot, more details on how to do this will be shared on our Facebook, and WhatsApp groups.
