Opinion polls are a way of estimating public opinion on a certain matter and therefore beloved by many. They can also be a useful way for reps to assess probable cohort reaction to a planned action or identified concern.

If your rep is running a poll it will appear further down in this section.

Once you voted in the poll your results will be instantly visible.

Polls will no longer be visible to students after their expiration date, but you can contact your Rep to find out the results.

provide students with an option for quiet accommodation

    Current

Many other universities offer their students quiet/ no alcohol in Uni owned accommodation which is good for people who are neurodivergent or do not like to live in loud environments. This university should do something similar as it will give students who may not like the loudness of Uni halls to have an option to stay in halls during their time at university.

10:15am on 16 Oct 25 I dont live in accom but I agree. I think all accomodation should make restrictions to not make loud disturbances to others and have security cameras detecting those who sneak drugs/alcohol (also because these people tend to create a mess in the corridors which is unhygienic and unpleasant for other students)

Reps will post here any updates from the meetings they are attending, representing you.
