Nightline is a listening and support service run by students for students, which provides listening, support and information services.

Their Instant Messaging service is open Monday and Thursday nights 8pm-2am. You can find the IM link on their website.

Standing Together

Standing Together is a University-wide initiative improving wellbeing through tackling unacceptable behaviours and supporting students, and the wider University community, who are directly and indirectly affected.

Student Counselling and Wellbeing Service (Mental Health Services)

The Student Counselling and Wellbeing Service offers appointments for emotional and mental wellbeing. They offer booked sessions with trained practitioners, ideal for short-term support.

Let's Talk Wellbeing

Let's Talk Wellbeing provides psychological assessment and treatment for what are known as mild to moderate common mental health problems.
It provides community support and access to resource programmes.
