The Part-Time Officer roles are focused on running community building events and campaigns relevant to develop the sense of community amongst the group of students that are represented by the relevant role. To view the detailed role description click on the boxes below. Campaigning for these roles will open on Friday 27 February with voting then commencing on Monday 03 March.
A shortlisting panel will review all applications received, scoring each of these 4-5 questions and will then meet as a panel to shortlist up to six candidates per role.
The panel is made up of either a current Part-Time Officer or relevant member of a Council, a current Executive Officer and a relevant staff member. Shortlisting will be completed anonymously, meaning that panel members will not know the names or any personal details of the applications. The successfully shortlisted candidates will then move forward to the election phase, full details of this can be found on the Election Resources Pages, but we will guide and support you through the election process.
Students are only allowed to run for one role; this can either be one of the Executive Officer or Part-Time roles.
