Leicester Glee Club is a place to find your inner star quality, we are a supportive group who encourage creatvity and inclusivity.
After a very successful first year Glee Club was awarded New Student Group of the Year at the activities awards.
We welcome everyone who loves to sing their favourite Musical Theatre songs in the shower or around the house- come and share your talent with us!
Glee also have their very own Theatre Band! So if you are interested in joining to play an instrument, come along and let us know- the band will have separate and joint meetings with the singers.
We will be working towards showcases of varied themes, with help from our wonderful committee you will get guidance on song choices, performace tips and choreography.
Grand Union is our local haunt for a brilliant karaoke night!
How can I get involved?
We will have regular rehearsals every Monday and Thursday 18:30-20:30 Percy Gee, 1.01
Band rehearsals take place Tuesdays 18:00-19:00 CW-10 Charles Wilson
There is no requirement to perform in showcases, we are all here to enjoy singing in any way possible, so if getting on stage isn't your thing, that's no problem!
