In each academic department we have recruited and trained students to help the Peer Mentoring team in supporting Peer Mentors with any issues they might have.
Our Lead Mentors also take on further responsibilities such as running stalls, delivering small-scale department specific events and many other contributions to the delivery of the scheme.
Lead Mentors often work alongside academic staff members in their department to deliver our scheme at the highest quality. If you are an academic staff member and wish to discuss how we can support your students, please email the Peer Mentoring team at peermentoring@le.ac.uk and one of our full time staff members will get back to you.
