Understanding the STV process
If you've not voted in a Students' Union election before, you might not have used Single Transferable Voting (or Alternative Transferable Voting) before.
STV lets you rank your candidates of preference - so you can say who you would like to win if your first choice (or second, third...) is eliminated from the count.
