Lifestyle medicine involves the promotion of healthier eating, physical activity, good sleeping habits, improving social connection, mental health and reducing harmful substances both for patients and ourselves. We aim to host informative talks with professionals in the field, run wholesome and fun socials for wellbeing and provide Phase 1 students with a unique opportunity to enhance their communitcation skills with patients by getting involved with our community project!

Welcome to the 26/27 Student Group Elections. Please note before nominating that manifestos are compulsory for your nomination to be eligible! There is a minimum word count of 10 and anybody without a manifesto will be disqualified. Guidance on writing a manifesto can be found below. All nominees and voters must have a 25/26 membership to the student group.
