Then we are the right society for you!!

The Entrepreneurship society is a group of students ready to help you achieve your goals. Our aim is helping you and promoting entrepreneurship as a easy and possible career path while having fun!!!!!!!!

 

Our activities will help you develop your business idea, network, discover possible employers, meet new people, gain knowledge from business owners and much more. 

Below some of the activities: 

1) HAVE FUN 

Throughout the year, we will provide students  access to a network of like-minded individuals.  We will arrange socials be weekly and events just to get to know each other and have fun while do it. 

2) LEICESTER START-UP ACCELERATOR:  develop your business idea

We will help students develop their ideas related to entrepreneurship into concrete businesses. We will encourage you to adopt an entrepreneurial mindset. We want to inspire you to follow the path that you wish to go after. 

To develop your idea  we will provide you with: idea workshops, business coaching, start up days, expertise, business idea ignition workshops, workspace, intensive support, start up visa and possible funding up to £1000

3) GUEST SPEAKERS & NETWORKING EVENTS

These events will be held by specialist in the field of entrepreneurship. We will have ex students from the University that have already lunched several businesses, to help you understand every aspect behind this world. 

Moreover, we will attend networking events inside and outside Leicester. 

 

To provide all of this we will partnership with LIH (Leicester Innovation Hub), UOLSB and other societies within and outside the University of Leicester.
