CompSoc is the University of Leicester's leading technology enthusiast society. We run exciting socials, play sports for fun, and build relationships between students who love technology at the University of Leicester.

We're proud to have won Student Group Innovator of the Year at the Student Awards 2017/18, and we hope you'll join us to help make this year even better!

If you study an Informatics course, or you're just interested in programming/technology/anything silicon, then you've found your people.

 

What do we do?

Some of our highlights include:

• Plenty of socials, ranging from a Nandos trip, to the annual Multi-Science Bar Crawl
• Sports - a great way to make new friends and take a break from your degree. We're hoping for the continued success of our football team, and for our all new netball team!
• A trip to the Science Museum in London
• Our annual trip to Bletchley Park, the iconic home of British codebreaking during World War II
