The Geography Society at Leicester is all about making your time studying geography at uni unforgettable!
You'll have the chance to meet people from your course, whether that's on BSc/BA Geography to Environmental Science or like-minded people who are interested in geography and the outdoors!
Whether you’re here for the hikes, the socials, or just meeting new people. We offer a packed calendar of events throughout the year, including academic guest speakers, themed pub crawls, club nights, quizzes, and more. On top of that, there’ll be plenty of uni trips, outdoor adventures, and collaborations with other societies to keep things fresh.
Looking to do some good? We also run volunteering opportunities and events that help you connect with the community while having a laugh along the way.
From casual socials to getting your hiking boots muddy, the Geography Society is the perfect place to meet fellow geographers (and anyone else who wants to join in on the fun).
