Dear all,  

We are excited to announce that after much effort and persistence, the Lawyers Association Leicester-Strasbourg is now officially registered at the Student Union. As a society, our aim is to create opportunities that are specifically for our degree, providing a platform for Maîtrise students to organise their own events, share their struggles, and help each other.  

We also aim to bridge the gap between students in Leicester and Strasbourg by creating a concrete link between all four years of the degree. As a society, we want to become the "go-between" for students and successful alumni, creating a network that will bring the Maîtrise together.  

Furthermore, we want to strengthen Franco-British relationships by building links between the legal communities in both countries. To achieve these goals, we are looking to connect with firms, societies, and individuals who are interested in collaborating or working with us. We are keen to strengthen our connections to promote our program on an international level.

It has taken a lot of time to get this project started, but we are determined to make it a success. We aim to work this summer on organizing a program of events for the next academic year. If you or your organization is interested in working with us or contributing to our efforts, we encourage you to reach out to us.
