For the last 7-years, the University of Leicester’s African Caribbean Society has been dedicated to enabling students to embrace the plethora of cultures in Africa and the Caribbean. This year, our objectives are to educate, entertain, and empower the BAME community by putting together a variety of events and activities. We would like to see a development of cultural and professional enhancement as a collective and inclusive society. As such, we aim to engage our members in various career and cultural oriented events, as well as create opportunities for practical experience with our sponsors.
