1. Rent a property:
There are still plenty of great properties available after Christmas break.
2. Choose your housemates
Mess, noise, and food thieves are some of the most common reasons for household fall outs.
3. Sign a tenancy agreement
They're legally binding documents regardless of the COVID-19 impact. If you're unsure, get some advice before you commit to a contract.
